  • Minimal Data Collection: Our bots and services collect only essential data necessary for functionality, specifically Discord User IDs.

  • No Personal Information: We do not collect personal information such as email addresses, real names, or direct messages (DMs).

b. Data Storage

  • Storage Platform: All collected data is securely stored on Google Firebase.

  • Data Retention: Data is retained based on user-configured cooldown settings, ranging from 8 to 24 hours.

c. Third-Party Services

  • No Data Sharing: We do not share your data with any third parties. Your information is solely used for managing bot functionalities.

3. Data Usage

a. Purpose of Data Use

  • Bot Functionality: Collected data is used exclusively to manage and facilitate interactions within our bots and services.

  • No Additional Uses: We do not utilize your data for analytics, personalization, or any other purposes beyond core functionalities.

b. Data Sharing

  • No Sharing with Third Parties: Your data is not shared with, sold to, or distributed to any external parties.

4. User Permissions and Access

a. Bot Permissions

  • Administrative Access: Some of our bots and services may require Administrator permissions on your Discord server to perform necessary functions such as managing channels, sending messages, and handling roles.

b. Bot Actions

  • Channel and Role Management: Our bots may create, modify, and delete voice and text channels as needed for their functionalities.

  • Message Management: Bots can send, edit, and delete messages within designated channels to facilitate interactions.

5. User Rights and Responsibilities

  • Legal Rights: Users retain all rights to their data as provided by applicable laws. You may request access to, modification of, or deletion of your data in accordance with these laws.

  • Compliance: We adhere to relevant data protection regulations to ensure your rights are respected.

  • No Specific Prohibitions: While we do not enforce specific prohibitions on user behavior, users are expected to adhere to Discord’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

  • Standard Security Practices: We utilize Google Firebase’s robust security measures to protect your data, including encryption and access controls.

  • No Sensitive Data Handling: We do not handle or process sensitive personal information such as payment details or personal identification data.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Agreement: By setting up or using our bots and services, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

b. No Warranties

  • As-Is Basis: Our bots and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • No Liability for Issues: We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our bots and services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.

  • Entitlements: Premium entitlements are managed through Discord’s OAuth2 API and stored securely in Google Firebase.

  • Feature Limitations: Subscription plans determine the level of access and maximum usage limits within a bot or service.
